Craig A. Miller

Craig Miller is an award-winning professor, corporate trainer, and consultant who spent 36 years teaching Statistics, Finance, and Economics. A pioneer in simulation-based learning, he developed innovative computer-based teaching tools, many of which can be explored at Outoftheboxsims.com. He holds both an MBA and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), with his doctoral research focused on creating frameworks for effective simulation design and validating economic fidelity in learning environments.

Now, Craig has turned his talents to fiction. His debut novel, The Ghost Professor, blends historical fiction and science fiction with wit, nostalgia, and vivid detail. Born from a lifelong passion for history, a lively imagination, and thoughtful reflections on the changing world of higher education, his storytelling captures readers through the eyes of a time-traveling observer who brings both heart and humor to the page.

Originally from Bloomington, Minnesota, Craig now lives near the Canadian border with his wife of more than 40 years, Debbie. Together, they enjoy time with their grandsons, Evan and Dylan, who never fail to keep Craig on his toes — especially in their favorite sports.
